GVC Announces the Finalists for the 2022 Business & Leadership Awards

GREATER VANCOUVER CHAMBER ANNOUNCES THE FINALISTS FOR THE 2022 BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP AWARDS

The awards ceremony, presented by Port of Vancouver USA, will be live streamed on September 29, 2022. This event will feature the 2022 First Citizen Award, sponsored by Riverview Bank.  

Vancouver, WAThe Greater Vancouver Chamber (GVC) is pleased to announce the finalists for the 2022 Business & Leadership Awards, presented by the Port of Vancouver USA. Local businesses and leaders have been selected as nominees for their achievements and efforts in the Southwest Washington community within the year. The awards recipients will be revealed during a livestream event, available on Facebook Live, on Thursday, September 29, at 5:00 p.m. 

The GVC’s Business & Leadership Awards, first introduced in 2012, has the sole motto to celebrate and recognize outstanding companies and leaders in Southwest WA who work hard towards the growth and development of the region. These awards are presented to businesses and individuals across varied categories including Start-Up to Watch, Small Business, Large Business, and Statesperson.   

The finalists for the 2022 Business & Leadership Awards are:  

Start – Up to Watch (in the last 5 years) 

  • Finishing Touch  
  • Evergreen Women’s Health, PC 
  • Pop-Local 

Small Business (up to 25 employees) 

  • ZZEPPELIN 
  • Evergreen Women’s Health  
  • Clark County Junk Removal  

Large Business (more than 25 employees)  

  • Vancouver Mall  
  • DosAlas Latin Kitchen + Tequila Bar  

Statesperson 

  • Bart Hansen, Councilmember, City of Vancouver  
  • Representative Paul Harris- 17th Legislative District

The 2022 Business & Leadership Awards Livestream promises to be an unforgettable event as the Greater Vancouver Chamber will introduce Clark County to this year’s First Citizen Award, sponsored by Riverview Bank. This award honors a local member of the community who has modeled exemplary citizenship, and through their business, volunteering, and philanthropic efforts has improved the lives of those in the community by serving first.
