Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership (ENL)

What is ENL?

A comprehensive three-day course designed for both current and aspiring nonprofit leaders in southwest Washington.

This initiative, produced by the Greater Vancouver Chamber with support from The Firstenburg Foundation and Clark County Washington, aims to enhance the capacity of Nonprofit Organization and elevate professional standards across the sector.

Program Schedule

Courses will be held from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Clark College Columbia Tech Center Campus on all three program dates. Lunch will be provided.

Each day will offer in-depth and multifaceted sessions focused on three core topics. By completing the entire three-day program, participants will gain expertise in the following areas:

Standard Fee

$ 1,250.00
  • Applicable to all participants. This fee covers access to all three full days, resources, and training materials. Food will be provided.

Sponsored Fee: $250.00

Thanks to the generous support of The Firstenburg Foundation and Clark County Washington, GVC is able to provide a limited number of $1000 scholarships towards participation in this program.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

  • You are an executive of a nonprofit with annual revenues less than $250,000

OR

  • You are a member of a community who has experienced longstanding inequities (e.g., racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities) needing financial assistance to participate.

The "Sponsored Fee" of $250 will cover access to all three full days, resources, and training materials. Food will be provided.
