Douglas Steck kicks off the series with a discussion on target marketing, market segmentation, market profile dimensions, marketing mix, and how to use these concepts to refine and focus your marketing efforts.
Steck has more than 25 years of executive experience in creating organizational vision, shaping corporate growth initiatives and driving customer-focused delivery. He has held CEO, COO, CFO, CIO and sales positions in companies ranging from IBM to small startups. Currently, he is an instructor in management at WSU Vancouver.
