    Holiday Reboot: How to enjoy your family, have time for yourself, and still have energy left for the New Year

    Instructors: Laura Hall and Katie McGinley Petersen

    Too often we ask how to “survive the holidays?” Too many pressures, too many things to do, and at the end of it all we are left feeling depleted. This year we will help you set a clear intention for a holiday with all of the fun, all of the joy, and none of the guilt that plagued holidays past! And we will share a set of strategies to maintain balance and perspective so that you can fully enjoy the holidays and still have enough energy to start the New Year excited about the possibilities!  

    About Laura Hall: Owner and Principle Mediator at Hall Mediation Services. Laura mediates discussions between couples, families, and coworkers, helping them have difficult conversations and create a roadmap for a more successful future. Laura also offers one on one conflict coaching to assist individuals in communicating more clearly in high conflict situations both at home and work. 

    About Katie McGinley Petersen: Transformational Life and Success Coach, owner of That Nourished Life.  Katie helps women level up so that they can be successful in their job or business, bring their best self to their family, and still have time for themselves.  She uses the Transformational Coaching Method to provide accountability, the right system, and the right support to help clients get unstuck, and achieve habit change.  She is also a Collaborative Attorney and Mediator with a non-litigation family law practice.
