Villages Clark County in southwest Washington state is a grass-roots volunteer membership organization working as a program of Villages NW, a 501(c)3 non-profit. We are part of the Villages Network which is a national movement of “baby boomers” and seniors coming together to figure out how to age comfortably and affordably in their own home. Villages do this by providing the services and support people need to be able to safely and independently age in place, in the home and community they know and love.
Building on the programs already providing services in the Portland area, Villages Clark County is creating a program to serve the needs of Clark County residents. Initial service area opening is currently planned for October 2018. Plan to be a member or volunteer service provider, or volunteer now to help finalize preparations for this culture-changing approach to aging.
