    Workshop Title: Low Impact Steps for Creating a Wellness Culture

    Instructor: Dr. Gloria Arroyo-Grubbs, TriStar Family Chiropractic 


    Class Description:   Join Dr. Gloria Arroyo-Grubbs of TriStar Family Chiropractic on July 25th for an unforgettable working lunch as she will teach you to create a workplace wellness culture! Dr. Gloria will be teaching the 4 basic steps to implement a successful workplace wellness program and low cost tips on balancing work and life on a physical, mental, social and nutritional level. BONUS: The first 15 people to register will be getting a free pH test and information packet! 

    About Dr. Gloria Arroyo-Grubbs: Dr. Gloria Arroyo-Grubbs' has a diverse skillset in world of community, individual, and corproate wellness. She has ran large corporate wellness projects across the U.S. to specialized chiropractic care for children with autism and scoliosis. Dr. Gloria has over 20 years in the health care industry and is the Health Care Chair for SW WA LULAC council, Steering committee member of SW WA Healthy Living Collaborative and runs her private practice, TriStar Family Chiropractic, in Hazel Dell/Salmon creek.
