KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Tia B. Coachman
The Mirror Moments
Life moves fast - especially for leaders, high-achievers, and caretakers - and we rarely pause to reflect on how we’re truly showing up. The mirror - whether it’s a physical reflection or another person - gives us that truth, but only when we’re brave enough to look at it and trust what we see. Our keynote speaker, Tia B. Coachman - leadership coach, speaker, and founder - will guide attendees through this powerful reflection in her keynote, The Mirror Moments, and set the tone for an inspiring day.

Tia’s life’s energy is derived from helping people become the best version of themselves as well as the joy of nurturing, celebrating, and experiencing life with her wife and two sons.
Breakout Sessions

Melina Palmer
There’s Nothing Magical About Monday
Why do we always convince ourselves we’ll be more productive tomorrow? Melina calls this the “I’ll start Monday” effect, and it is one of four brain tricks that keep us stuck in a frustrating cycle of procrastination and self-doubt. In this enlightening talk, Melina reveals why our subconscious brains are wired to keep us in this cycle, and shares three steps attendees can take to increase the likelihood of achieving their goals by as much as 95 percent.

Jen Mueller
I Talk to Losers - Tackling Tough Conversations, Feedback and Accountability
Tough conversations can be anything from a performance review to giving unexpected feedback and even standing up for yourself. Veteran sports broadcaster Jen Mueller meets these conversations head on because she has to in locker rooms during post-game interviews following a loss. She’ll pull back the curtain on the strategies she uses to make tough conversations easier and even expected. She’ll share techniques that set the stage for a productive exchange and explain how a different approach to feedback and accountability lessens the need for tough conversations.

Jessie Minger
When “You’ve Got This” Goes Sideways
If you’re the person everyone calls when something goes wrong, this session is for you.
Professional women are often handed the responsibility of managing aging parents, finances, and legal decisions simply because they’re seen as capable and organized. This fast-paced, eye-opening session pulls back the curtain on what really happens when families are unprepared, from guardianships and conservatorships to last-minute legal scrambles no one wants to navigate.
Led by a litigator who works in these situations every day, you’ll hear real-world insight on how to avoid crisis-driven decisions, family conflict, and court involvement, and what simple planning steps can make all the difference. No matter your age or life stage, this is one of those conversations you’ll wish you had sooner.
Come curious. Leave informed. Thank yourself later.

The Rebecca Effect
The Rebecca Effect is the power of presence— graceful, strategic, and impossible to ignore. It’s commanding a room without demanding attention, leading with both strength and vulnerability, and setting standards without apology. At it score, The Rebecca Effect is about leading with both heart and strategy. It’s the ability to exude authority while still being deeply human. It’s the reason people listen when you talk, respect your decisions, and trust you to lead.
How do we develop our own Rebecca Effect? — not just as a concept, but as a lived, breathed, and unique presence in our own business and personal strategy?
Shelley Roberts leads a Mini-Workshop to explore practical ways you can use to build your own Rebecca Effect. Shelley is a business consultant with energy that’s contagious, a knack for asking the questions that make you think, and nearly 30years of experience in the people side of performance. With her team at Strategy Clicks, Shelley helps leaders create spaces where big ideas, bold decisions, and game-changing collaborations happen.
So grab a biscuit, get on your feet, and let’s do this.

From Financial Friction to Financial Confidence
Practical Tools to Help You Get Unstuck and Move Forward
Financial confidence isn’t innate, it’s learned. It’s built by starting where you are through informed choices, meaningful conversations, and the courage to take the next step.
In this highly interactive breakout, Heidi Johnson Bixby, Certified Financial Planner® and CEO, and Megan Dixon, Charitable Advisor in Philanthropy®, will help you identify sources of friction around money—both personal and systemic—and equip you with simple, actionable tools to take the next step.
Through reflection, relatable examples, and hands-on exercises, learn how to:
- Recognize and name the friction (fear, burnout, imposter syndrome, lack of access, or simply not being taught the tools)
- Take small, realistic steps that build momentum
- Close the confidence gap many women experience with money and investing
- Turn courage into clarity—and clarity into action
This session is for women at every stage of life and career. You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need a place to start.
You’ll leave with tools and renewed confidence to keep moving, even when the path isn’t perfectly clear.

Igniting Your Inner Sales Professional
Believe it or not, everyone is a salesperson, even if it is the part of your job you avoid or feel the least confident in. Whether you are sharing an idea in a meeting, asking for support, advocating for your team, or pitching a solution, sales skills show up every day. In this engaging session, you will learn how to read emotional cues, use silence with confidence, and avoid common assumptions that can hold you back.

Holding It All: Midlife, Work, and What’s Happening in Between
Professional women often reach a point in midlife where they feel stretched in new ways. Energy feels harder to sustain, focus comes and goes, sleep is disrupted, emotions feel less predictable, and confidence can quietly take a hit. For many high-achieving women, these shifts happen at the same time careers, leadership responsibilities, and personal demands are at their peak.
This conversation centers on understanding what is normal during perimenopause and menopause and why these changes so commonly affect women who are balancing so much at once. Rather than framing midlife as a problem to fix, the focus is on education, awareness, and reassurance. By naming what is happening physiologically and emotionally, the goal is to help women feel less alone, less “crazy,” and more grounded in their experience.
Attendees will walk away with a clearer understanding of how hormonal changes can influence day-to-day functioning and leadership presence, along with a broader view of the supportive care options that exist. The emphasis remains on knowledge, validation, and perspective so women can navigate this season with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
