Vancouver Farmers Market Association is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and community connector with a growth focused mindset who can continue the organization’s momentum in supporting healthy, thriving communities by investing in small businesses, public spaces, and regional food systems.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a beloved and growing community institution. In addition to showcasing the region’s farm, food, and artisan entrepreneurs through year-round, seasonal, and holiday markets, VFM supports small businesses, expands food access, and strengthens the local economy. Over the next five years, the Executive Director will lead VFM’s board, staff, small businesses, and community partners driven by four goals: (1) foster the healthiest community in the Pacific Northwest, (2) develop the region’s premier small business ecosystem, (3) create vibrant public spaces where everyone belongs and thrives, and (4) be an institution that has the capacity to innovate and boldly lead. Salary: $110,000–$130,000 (depending on experience) and robust benefits package
