Excellence for Nonprofit Leadership (ENL)

What is ENL?

A comprehensive nine-day course designed for both current and aspiring nonprofit leaders in southwest Washington.


This initiative, produced by the Greater Vancouver Chamber with support from The Firstenburg Foundation, aims to enhance the capacity of nonprofit organizations and elevate professional standards across the sector.

ENL Content Focuses on Nine Major Areas for Nonprofits:

Each day will offer in-depth and multifaceted sessions focused on core topics. By completing the entire nine-day program, participants will gain expertise in the following areas:

How much does it cost?

Standard Access

$1,250.00

Applicable to all participants. This fee covers access to all nine full days, resources, and training materials. Food will be provided.

Scholarship Available!

$625.00

Thanks to the generous support of The Firstenburg Foundation, GVC is able to provide a limited number of $625 scholarships towards participation in this program.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

- You are an executive of a nonprofit with annual revenues less than $250,000

OR

- You are a member of a community who has experienced longstanding inequities (e.g., racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities) needing financial assistance to participate.

The "Sponsored Fee" of $625 will cover access to all nine full days, resources, and training materials. Food will be provided.
