Preparing Students for Real-World Success

Our Chief Operating Officer Janet Kenefsky and Business & Workforce Education Director Amy Ott visited Ridgefield High School to present “Mastering Your Mingle-ability: Networking” during the school’s Durable Skills Day.

This event helps students build practical, real-world skills they’ll use long after graduation.

Throughout the day, students connected with industry leaders and participated in mock interviews with local business professionals, gaining valuable experience in communication, networking, and career readiness.
