History Took Root Today at Cascadia Tech Academy

Students and faculty at Cascadia Technical Academy celebrated a once-in-a-lifetime moment as they received and planted one of the final Artemis Moon Trees, grown from seeds that traveled aboard the Artemis I mission. 

Through a partnership between NASA Office of STEM Engagement and the U.S. Forest Service, these trees represent innovation, exploration, and the future of STEM and conservation education. 

The Chamber was honored to witness this incredible milestone and celebrate Cascadia Tech as one of the select recipients nationwide. Read more in The Columbian's article.
