About Us
Workforce Southwest Washington (WSW) identifies the regional workforce needs of key industries and job seekers. Then our public-private team works together to obtain funding and implement strategies that help companies recruit, hire and retain the workers they need and help individuals get jobs or learn new skills to advance in their careers.
WSW leads the public workforce system in Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties. Since 2003, we’ve invested more than $120 million to help businesses grow and get people working in Southwest Washington.
