Villages Clark County in southwest Washington state is a grass-roots volunteer membership organization working as a program of Villages NW, a 501(c)3 non-profit. We are part of the Villages Network which is a national movement of “baby boomers” and seniors coming together to figure out how to age comfortably and affordably in their own homes. Villages do this by providing the services and support people need to be able to safely and independently age in place, in the home and community they know and love.
Building on the programs already providing services in the Portland area, Villages Clark County has created a program to serve the needs of Clark County residents. Initial service area opening for Vancouver is February 2019. Plan to be a member or volunteer service provider, or volunteer now to help finalize preparations for this culture-changing approach to aging. This is an opportunity to revolutionize the experience of aging in Clark County.
