Burntown Fitness is a high intensity, high energy group fitness studio located in Vancouver, Washington. We are a boutique group fitness studio serving the Vancouver | Camas | Washougal Washington areas. Our 45-minute classes are focused on 5 key elements: Core, Cardio, Power, Strength and Stability. We know that everyone has busy lives; Burntown Fitness is here to make every move count. Our group fitness workout sessions are specifically crafted so you can get an efficient and effective workout without wasting hours at a traditional gym.
Each 45-minute, high-energy workout is built around four rounds of group fitness instruction. This includes a warm-up, two rounds of cardio and resistance intervals, ending with our trademark Burn-Round. The fitness instructor is there for support and to help you through each round. You'll finish every workout feeling challenged and accomplished!
At Burntown, we specifically structure our fitness workout to set the duration of each round, the number of repetitions, and the timing of each rest period so everyone gets the most out of their session. The exercises we use have an easy learning curve to allow for all skill levels. Class sizes are set at 16 people max, allowing our instructor to be actively involved with you during each class.
Burntown is the vision of Kisar Dhillon, an expert personal trainer with 20+ years of experience, and his two business partners: Ian Coyle, a leader in branding and experience design, and Liz Dhillon, a business savvy specialist and also Kisar’s wife.
