    We are looking for residential and commercial service plumbers that take pride in their work as well as their trade. Ideal candidate understands the importance of a good customer service experience, and has the ability to work with a diverse clientele in their homes or businesses.

    Accurately diagnose and perform various plumbing repairs including, but not limited to fixtures, water heaters, and various piping (galvanized, Quest, PVC, etc.)
    Work with dispatchers to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers
    Work with other technicians and plumbers to foster a team environment
    Understand and apply plumbing codes
    Provide an above-average customer experience
    Maintain proper stock, parts, tools and safety equipment in vehicle
    Meet or exceed performance minimum standards.

    3+ years experience in residential / commercial service plumbing
    Experience with Service Titan software a definite PLUS!!
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Oregon Journeyman card. Additional wages for those holding a current Washington Journeyman card
    Great customer service skills
    Excellent salesmanship
    Valid drivers license and CLEAN driving record
    Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs daily.
    Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education and training.
    Follow company policies and procedures
    Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff and coworkers
    Be thorough in inspections, and accurate in quoting replacements or repairs
    Must have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, etc.
    Must possess own tools necessary to complete a plumbing diagnosis and repair
    Outgoing, professional, clean cut, aggressive, and drug-free
    Participate in all required staff meetings and trainings
    Help maintain and promote a high company moral, professional, and friendly work environment
    Work hard, smart and efficiently
    Typical work week is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week. Overtime is available if desired.

    We are a registered Apprentice Training Agent through the state of Oregon and the JATC.

    We are looking for highly technical, professional, residential service professionals who like to help people and can self service. Plumbing Service Professionals determine service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs. Employees must be able to interact and communicate well with clients in their homes and businesses. Ideal candidates will understand not only basic plumbing repairs, but also sewer cleaning or jetting. All interested candidates must be able to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.
