    Please join the GVCC on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March for our eight-part workshop series, Take Aim with Google, presented by Comcast Business. Doors will open for each workshop at 11:30 a.m. and lunch will be served by Simply Thyme Catering. Each instructor will begin promptly at noon. 

    3/13: Google Analytics

     Magan Reed, Port of Vancouver USA

    Google Analytics are an incredibly important tool that helps companies strategize their digital content. Attendees will learn some of the basics of Google Analytics including how to track visits, users and pageviews on your website. We will also discuss how to use that information to drive strategy for social media, Web content and digital advertising.

    Bio: Magan Reed was appointed Communications and Digital Media Specialist for the Port of Vancouver USA in October 2014. Her responsibilities include managing the port’s website and social media platforms, and analyzing digital media outreach. Magan received her BA in Political Science, Communications and Women’s Studies from Washington State University. She holds certifications in Google Analytics, Social Marketing with Hootsuite and several Public Information Officer certifications through FEMA. Magan lives in Vancouver, Washington with her husband and daughter.
