...make Lemonade (Day)!
Although it’s looking like snow next week, that won’t stop the bright year ahead of us! Rolling out this year is Lemonade Day: Greater Vancouver, a community wide program focused on the workforce of tomorrow. Moving Business Forward is our slogan at the Chamber because we believe in supporting our SW Washington business community. We believe this program will maximize employment of our future workforce while creating a generation of future business owners and leaders, capable of making sound decisions with an understanding of the importance of philanthropic giving.

In the months preceding Lemonade Day on June 6, we’ll be working with businesses around SW Washington to assist with this program to educate young people on business planning, budgeting, relationship-building, economic development, running their own business, and of course, giving a portion of their earnings to a deserving nonprofit.

So how about it - ready to stir up some success?
There are plenty of partnership opportunities for this program as we prepare to cover the SW Washington region in Lemon yellow. If you’d like to learn more about becoming a Lemonade Day sponsor, or even a Lemon Leader, please connect with us at YourChamber@VancouverUSA.com.
