GREATER VANCOUVER CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMPLIES 

WITH WASHINGTON STATE’S “STAY HOME & STAY HEALTHY” ORDER 

VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce (GVCC) will comply with Washington State’s mandate for a “Stay Home & Stay Healthy” policy, restricting in-office attendance and out-of-office meetings due to the most recent order by Governor Jay Inslee. 

Our members’ and employees’ health and safety are a priority for the Chamber and our staff will be working remotely to continue sharing pertinent information of local happenings, COVID-19 recommendations for the business community, and updates to connect Chamber members to resources and connections within the SW Washington community during this ever-changing environment.  

Accessible on the Chamber’s webpage for the COVID-19 local impact (VancouverUSA.com/COVID-19) are resources for the public, including but not limited to:  

·         Takeout & Delivery List, of Chamber Members and Future Members

Essential businesses during this time include grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and other businesses like clinics and hospitals. 

Sarah Cooke, Marketing & Communications Manager at the Chamber adds, “It’s our responsibility at the Chamber to be a reliable resource not only for our Members, but for the business community as a whole. Now, the Chamber team is working from our remote offices, still engaging, still connecting, still supporting.” To comply with restrictions on in-office workshops, the Chamber will be promoting more free webinars focused on helping businesses navigate remote-work environments.
