  • The GVCC mentor team is an asset for members. Each mentor takes on a new mentee for a three month cycle, with a skills based exchange in mind.

    Why Mentoring
    • Building a business mentoring network serves an unmet need in the community
    • Mentoring is sought after by the millennial generation
    • Serving as a connector is at the core of the GVCC’s service goals to the business community
    Expectations
    • Mentors and mentees must be a GVCC Member with your current membership dues
    • Mentors and mentees must identify focus/skill areas
    • Must work to meet the criteria of three, one hour meetings within a three-month span
    • Mentors and mentees must not “hard sell” services. Relationships are build off the need to share skills and build relationships.
