      MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company, an authentic Neapolitan restaurant with a mission to bring friends together, will be opening at The Waterfront in Vancouver, WA, late this Summer. MidiCi is thrilled to be uniting residents of Vancouver over high quality, authentic Neapolitan pizza and becoming a part of the local community.

      MidiCi serves traditional Neapolitan cuisine with natural, fresh, non-GMO ingredients. Guests can select from traditional and signature menu options or create personalized Neapolitan pizzas all baked to perfection in an open kitchen, also known as “the heart”. Acclaimed Los Angeles-based restaurateur Peppe Miele along with Mario Vollera, both Italian natives and world-renowned Neapolitan pizza chefs, created the menu with authentic Neapolitan offerings to ensure a real Neapolitan experience – from artisan burratas and traditional Neapolitan pizzas to a diverse selection of craft beers and fine wines. MidiCi provides pizza aficionados with an upscale dining ambiance, designed by the acclaimed hotel and restaurant designer and architect Sam Marshall, while maintaining the affordability of casual dining. The space beckons guests to visit and celebrate memories over an exquisite meal next to a signature indoor live tree.

      Honoring the tradition, passion and art of Neapolitan Pizza-making the way it was invented over 300 years ago in Naples, Italy, MidiCi was designed to foster authentic human connections and reflect the brands philosophy of, “People are the best thing that can happen to anyone”.
