The committee shall act for the board of directors between regular meetings of the board and in the absence of a quorum thereof except as otherwise provided. Duties of the Administrative Committee shall include personnel policies, annual evaluation of the president, bylaws, accreditation, administrative policies and employee benefits. The administrative committee shall, not less than annually, evaluate the work and performance of the standing committees, Ad Hoc Expertise Committees, and the relationship of affiliate organizations and shall, as requested by the board of directors, review the mission statement of the chamber.
