Complex negotiations that have multiple issues make the negotiating process both harder and easier, in different ways. In this session, you will receive tips for how to master the challenge of tracking multiple issues, and how to make trade-offs among the multiple issues in ways that create gains for both parties. Dr. Tom Tripp is Professor of Management at WSU Vancouver. His research focuses on Organizational Justice, Workplace Conflict, and Negotiations. The meeting is open to all.
