    First group workout is May 6th

    The focus will be on increasing your endurance & strengthening your skills to cross the finish line of all of your Summer Triathlons!

    We have carefully created a training schedule that will allow you to fine-tune your cycling skills, your running technique, and your swimming abilities. These clubs are for all levels, from the novice triathlete trying to piece everything together to the advanced triathlete ready to take their competitive edge to the next level for this upcoming triathlon season!

    15 Week Group Training Workout schedule (Non- Group workout recommendations will be provided)
    *Workouts are subject to change to accommodate group dynamic & potential unforeseen issues with algae growth... etc, that may come up.
