This program will have you set and ready for The Girlfriends Run for a Cure Quarter & Half Marathon race on October 16th. We will get you started on a path that will safely and quickly help you reach your goals. You can expect consistent accountability check-ins, a program to follow and access to your running coach throughout the week!
