Mondays will be an indoor session where you can expect to learn biomechanically correct running technique, how to strengthen and fortify your body to make you are resilient runner. Saturdays, take what you have learned outdoors where you will work on technique and fine tuning your running skills! Running is a skill which requires strength, stability, and proper technique.
In these classes you can expect to:
? Increase the integrity of tendons, ligaments, and
bones in the foot and leg.
? Increase the muscular strength of your feet, ankles,
legs and hips.
? Increase your balance and stability.
? Learn to run with proper biomechanics.
