About Angie: Angie Cherry is the Creator of Body Bliss Yoga Studio, an RYT Certified Instructor, an IIN Certified Health Coach and the Lead Instructor of Fly High Yoga Teacher Training. Her degree is in Computer Science and for many years she spent time at a desk working in construction and with web and graphic design. She has a love and appreciation for both business and movement and understands the need to balance both in this busy world. She believes in the ability for the body to communicate what it needs and loves to help people become more aware of the mind-body connection through movement, food and mindfulness.
