Meetings, phone calls, computer work, commuting, and even having lunch - while going about our work, many of us do an awful lot of sitting. In this fast-paced and fun workshop, you will learn how to easily change up how you sit (or stand!) while you work, at no cost and with very little time or effort, to keep your brain and body happy so you can be productive. No matter where you work, from coffee shops and libraries to cubicles and luxury office suites, head back to your desk with 40 ways to change your habits and rev up your regular routine.
About Jeni Gall:
Dr. Jeni Gall is a Physical Therapist, Orthopedic Movement Specialist, Continuing Education Instructor, and Certified MovNat Fitness Trainer. She is the owner and creative director of MovePT, where physical therapy is all about learning how to move in ways that help you feel better.
