    COMBATING WORKPLACE BURNOUT

Class Description: Ever feel like you're losing ground in an uphill battle to perform to your maximum potential at all times?  Do self-help, time management and pithy goals setting seem more like dialing the treadmill up to eleven rather than providing a sustainable lifestyle?  You are not alone, which is exactly the point! We will introduce strategies on how to energize yourself and others through communication style and elemental personality analysis in an engaging workshop about managing your work load and avoiding burnout.

About Michael Bock:  Teamanship helps teams and tribes reach their high performance potential through innovative, dynamic scenario-based engagements designed to diagnose and develop team and elemental personalities. Driven by a passion to help companies achieve their performance goals, Michael Bock has spent the past seventeen years in business development with diversified experience and education that includes three Masters Degrees. Married, with seven children, Michael enjoys family activities, basketball, photography and spontaneous no child left behind ice-cream runs.
